# Who is behind it

## The board

The board was elected at the founding assembly of 16 July 2026; Simon Reding was elected by the general assembly on 26 August 2026. Terms run two years each (Art. 10 para. 1 of the statutes).

The association is represented by the joint signature of two board members (Art. 11 para. 3 of the statutes).

## Three vantage points

A small association with three vantage points: engineering (infrastructure and agent tooling), law and administrative data, and governance. Remuneration and transactions with involved parties are decided exclusively by unconflicted members (Art. 12 of the [statutes](../statutes/index.html)).

Other members are named publicly only once they have agreed to it.
