An MCP interface by the association to the Confederation's Fedlex infrastructure, behind the platform gateway: thirty-five tools over the public Fedlex SPARQL endpoint and its official Akoma-Ntoso texts — eight close the bitemporal citation loop (resolve an SR number to an ELI, list versions, determine the consolidation governing at a date, check whether a provision is in force, read article text eId-precise, query citation relations and metadata, search enactments), twelve navigate inside an act (outline, text search, whole document, references, amendment notes, annexes, article history, subdivisions, taxonomy, language versions, vocabulary, related acts), thirteen complete the surface (tables, citation parsing, version comparison, node view, foreign content, treaties, consultations, Official Compilation, Federal Gazette, drafts), two close the citation chain (check a quote against the norm text that was read, write the canonical Fundstelle of an eId). Stateless, account-free, no state kept; the platform shows first the interface it operates itself; the data stays with the Confederation.
