Explanation
Why the platform is built the way it is: the decisions, with date, rejected options and wording.
Explanations answer no task. They make understandable why something is the way it is, and name the alternatives that were rejected. The source is the association's decision register (E01 to E21); every explanation names the decision it comes from.
