To the source code
The source code is public. Changes go through merge requests and the same checks as the association's own work: formatting, Clippy without warnings, tests, seal and drift checks. What the checks are and how to run them locally is in CONTRIBUTING.md in the repository.
A data source
Anyone operating a data source brings it into the directory through one of the three routes, see Admission routes. The manifest for it comes out of the tutorial.
