The board
The board was elected at the founding assembly of 16 July 2026; Simon Reding was elected by the general assembly on 26 August 2026. Terms run two years each (Art. 10 para. 1 of the statutes).

The association is represented by the joint signature of two board members (Art. 11 para. 3 of the statutes).
Three vantage points
A small association with three vantage points: engineering (infrastructure and agent tooling), law and administrative data, and governance. Remuneration and transactions with involved parties are decided exclusively by unconflicted members (Art. 12 of the statutes).
Other members are named publicly only once they have agreed to it.
